Surely his job at Southampton is under threat?

4-0 down at home to Spurs after 25 minutes, and that's a Spurs team who are on a bad run.

I don't think this is a situation like with Vincent Kompany at Burnley last season, he was clearly a good manager despite Burnley going down - and has proved that so far at Bayern Munich.

Definitely not the case with Martin.
