Under 21 Management Team who since they replaced Darren Purse (became Omer Riza’s Assistant Manager) have taken Cardiff City U21 to the TOP OF THE LEAGUE After nearly 4 years of awful football and terrible results and always in the Bottom 2 or 3.



Matthew Bloxham and Dane Facey have got Cardiff City U21’s playing with Confidence and Winning games:

“The boys, all season since we took over have been excellent and it’s just about continuing to do what we’re good at."

“If we do that on Thursday, then we give ourselves a great opportunity to put ourselves on top of the Premier League Cup group.

"In our last game, we defended really well. Their late goal was a setback and initially we allowed it to affect us, we sat a little bit too deep at times, but once we corrected that, there's plenty of character in the group and plenty of leadership as well, that showed in the way we stopped QPR getting a second goal and we came out with the win."

It is a great opportunity to see who can possibly make it into the senior squad next season.the match is usually shewn live on the Cardiff YouTube site kick off 7pm don't know if they are playing tonight, but if they are the ones to look out for are, Tom Davies, Ronan Kpakio, Dylan Lawlor, Trey George, Troy Perret, Adeteye Gbadehan will be his second game since his injury and possibly first team player who has also just returned from injury Ryutaro Tsunoda.
