Cardiff City boss Omer Riza says Kion Etete and Isaak Davies are inching towards returns for the #Bluebirds.

The forwards, who are yet to play this season, both suffered setbacks having been expected back in October following hamstring injuries .

Omer Riza:

“It will be like having two new strikers in January and this is a big boost for our side.”

Both have failed in previous years for the Bluebirds, but Riza believes these two could in January/ February solve our striker situation meaning we would not need to bring a new striker in.

He didn't say we wouldn't be looking for a striker. In a previous interview he's hinted Kanga is going back to Berlin. It's a non-story. What's he supposed to say, they're both useless and I am not bothered if they come back? We'll sign a striker on loan.

I agree. Have to say that I’ve seen no evidence that Davies is a good winger though.
