Omer Riza: “We must remain Positive and show the players

Omer Riza after yet another defeat and now only One Win from the last 10 Games (8 Games without a Win) and 3pts from 24pts or 6 pts from 30 pts Cardiff go in to Xmas in the Bottom 3 and show NO improvement, remains positive.


Cardiff are currently the lowest Scorers in the Championship and desperately need a Striker:

I have NO Faith in him at all and for me he’s 1,000% Tan Yes Man.
He has gone into this job knowing he will get NO backing at all and has NO experience.

But the processes are not right, as the metrics are showing red, we are in the danger zone and need to enter hypercare.

The problem with football badges, certificates, and coaching is it is all the same. These lads, who were not great in school as professional sport was their avenue, read a manual and hang onto it like it is the Koran or Bible. They quote it without any realisation of what they are saying. Its all phoney management speak.

This is akin to letting a newly qualified driver into professional motorsports and then not expecting him to be in or cause a crash.

This is all on Tan. The club management is not good enough, the football management is not good enough and the playing staff are not good enough.
I haven't enjoyed it since the covid return and it is always the hope that kept me returning, just can't see that being there for next season, whether that be championship or L1
