You can't say Tan hasn't invested in the club. He's spent a fortune. He's just wasted it all through controlling arrogance. For me the Sala tragedy will always be the watershed moment rather than Tan's meddling though. We should have stayed in the Premier league that year and it broke us. It always hurts seeing the likes of Bournemouth and Brighton where we should be.

Talking of investment? Efl is bringing in new rules next season which would mean div 1/2 clubs owners can only invest 70% & 50% on players wages but not in championship where Cardiff anongs several other clubs want present restrictions relaxed.... as for Bournemouth you suspect successive owners have pumped large amounts of money into club as certainly matchday and sponsors isn’t enough to sustain them... success on field is down to good coaches picking right players... far cry from city unfortunately.

I remember Forest had to sell Johnson to balance their books when they were at the bottom half of the League .
Bournemouth were down the bottom as well and got out of it over the last few seasons .
The key to both clubs - Sacked their manager and the players they have both got in - Are where they are now .
