I have my doubt any of these contracts nowadays are as simplistic as we as fans believe. We the club have the right to terminate your contract with 6 months' notice if we fail to hot x or y metric. And the manager has the right to leave with £500k compensation if a premier league or La liga club comes in for me.

I can not belive we are paying Bulut up for his full term.

The key is to put a release clause in a manager's contact. I think Chelsea had to pay Brighton about £20m for Graham Potter - not money well spent as it turned out.
