Clubs seem to get out of the pattern when they play us , hope the players are up for this we are in deep trouble

We've all seen the rapid decline in Oxford since their excellent start.
Yes, this one match will go a long way to spell out our fate in this division.
Lose it and Cardiff have to be considered the worst team in the Championship and certs to go down.
Win and there is still some hope.
Personally, I can't see us attracting and players of the quality we need to get out of trouble in the January window.
