All so utterly predictable. Although I never expected this scoreline.The players look totally broken, no confidence or desire. It's a shambles and that's on Riza. We are finished as a Championship club. The only possible last roll of the dice is to sack Riza with immediate affect and appoint an experienced manager for the window but even then we are probably cut adrift now. Very sad but the club will just have to rebuild and start again.

El Gahzi 1v1 summed up the team for me, he just totally bottled it & should give his wages to the fans who travelled to watch the game. He's been a massive waste of time & money and has added zero to the team all season.

Looking at the table new experienced manager is an absolute priority this week so we are not cut adrift behond repair.

The game we had to win we just lost AGAIN .This is the story of our season every game we go out and must win we don't.

Prior to todays match, some of our fans said that Oxford were a league one club, playing in the Championship.
So, what does that make us!
We have an owner who couldn't care less; a manager who doesn't seem to have a clue; and a squad who may not even be up to the grade in league one!
Sure, the protest at the Swansea game is an idea, but you feel that Mr Tan will only sit up and take notice if the terraces are empty during home fixtures.
I will certainly not be wasting my time and money by attending the Coventry and Watford home matches. However, I will attend the protest prior to the Swansea match, despite the fact that Mr Tan will just laugh that off as long as money is being spent at the turnstiles.
