It’s not just Riza.

It’s also Tan, Dalman, Choo, Nash, the Physios, and 90% of the players.

I'm not seeing Riza as the problem, he's taken on an impossible task that nobody else wanted & he picked the best he had & they need to at least try & in my view they didn't even do the absolute minimum. El Ghazi pulling out of that 1v1 with the keeper summed up the whole performance.

The issue is at the top of the club & it has trickled down to the players and no manager is going to get them winning, not Riza or Purse, can't believe he was supposed to help anything or anyone, just look at how the U21 team is doing now he has gone.

Until Tan offers up a real contract to someone sensible rather than to the end of the season nobody with experience will be willing to take us on.

I can't help wondering how the f..k did we get here with an inexperienced manager who was appointed months after the last manager was sacked and while occupying the relegation zone after a bad run of games. Why did Tan not wait before passing judgment, as most of us did, until the 'honeymoon period' was over? But as others have said, the blame lies, not with Bulut but with Tan and his 'assistants'. I wonder, is it the case that the players are simply not good enough for this level and can't perform consistently as a team? If so, the mistakes were made long before Riza. Or could it be the case that another, more experienced manager, would get more out of the team. I have no idea really. But something's not working.

Under Riza we have conceded an average of 5 goals per game and only scored in 36% of his matches. Only one way we are going with those type of stats.

When riza first took over against hull away we lost 4-1 I was thinking ok this first game he hadn’t had much time to put his stamp on how we play then of course the honeymoon period started with wins against Plymouth Portsmouth Norwich and draws away instead of defeats I started to think ok maybe he knows what he’s doing since Luton away from that game I changed my mind and realised he was just like bulet played similar tactics honestly he just needs to go take the back room team with him appoint an experienced manager asap with his own back room team and start a fresh with jan window open

We need a proper manager in now, before the transfer window opens.. next week is crucial..
