Well making tactically changes obviously didn't have any effect which means they were wrong choices! As for last quote "bit late" he's got to be kidding understatement at its best

The system was not the issue. The lack of confidence, quality, urgency, care with the ball and guts (El Ghazi not committed at the wnd) is where it all goes wrong. The standards are set by the manager and he can't motivate. He's a coach. Tea cups should have been flying at half time but we rolled over to be 3 nil down. They don't respect or fear him enough. Too nice a guy probably. But nice guys don't make managers. Scoular, May, Warnock would have kicked lumps out of this pathetic lot.

goal #1- Willock dilly dallied around, lost it and barely jogged to get it back.

Someone needs to sit down with ElGarzi and agree its best he left. The most disappointing has to be chambers though, what does he bring us? He slows everything down, he was a DCM for Fulham FFS, I know that was a few seasons ago, but i see no evidence he was a class above this.

Players for a long time have been way below what is expected.
The manager has to sort it out .
He hasn't so the low confidence and lack of effort in games which gets us beat will carry on.
The need a rocket up there arse big time .So in my opinion players are to blame but manager can't sort them out .

Oxford have beaten Norwich, Stoke, Preston, Hull and Cardiff at home this season and I think Cardiff and Preston were both equally bad. Oxford had a bit of form when they beat Preston. Today, devoid of confidence Oxford beat them quite easily.

I think Plymouth are really bad. But Hull will spend in January I think. I am worried.

Really no need to "change the system three times", just pick your best available players in their best positions. 4231 works. Pick the youngsters eg Kpakio, Reindorf when fit and Ashford bring energy and pace, Robbo up front. Rubin no.10. Robertson. Rino doing well or Siopis. It's not rocket science.

Hes well out of his depth doesn't know his best team or formation get rid asap ffs .

Hull Been over spending for several seasons but has not got them anywhere except several managers..... Plymouth unless address away form are doomed as much as we are unless we get rid riza after Sunday .....
