If he is the answer, I really don't want to know what the question is.

No, Oxford took their foot of the gas. 100%.
Let's get one thing straight. THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE PLEASED WITH YESTERDAY. THERE WERE NO BRIGHT POINTERS FOR THE FUTURE

Agreed but it shows how low we’ve sunk that a loss against Oxford is accepted by some

Op didn't say excepted result he tried
to look for positives (even if others can't see any) for some it is better than wallowing in negativity until end season and behond! May not agree with him but he's entitled to put the viewpoint across.

Not sure anyone thinks he can turn it around...op suggests riza as learned from his mistake of 451 or whatever unfortunately new formation isn't working either so 10 out 10 for effort by OP.

Listen to all opinions and discuss politely. Abuse is for oafs. Just to clarify, check my other posts anyone, Tan was wrong to appoint OR. He missed the right time to build on the momentum when we were on a great run, results deteriorated then. The players spoke out on EFL TV. Probably felt ignored then. My preferred alternatives are Cooper, Jones and Robins. I'd even add Chris Coleman. But my point is OR must have seen the improvement when he brought on our best players and reverted to 4231. As I said, the next two games will prove that, one way or the other. Then replace OR if he can't see it. More abuse incoming I guess. Or are we a true forum for exchange of views?
