I think this is our most effective formation as our most effective players this season has been O'Dowda and wingback is his position. Not sure it's Rinomhotas though he is just a solid pro. C'O'D (and Colwill) needs the game in front of them he is never a 4231 attacking midfielder.

Chamber needs to show he is more than a very expensive journeyman, he needs to get on the ball, travel forward with it, and make insightful passes, the team needs to be 10M further up the pitch. If he doesn't we need to bin him for a proper centre half
