WHY HASN'T HE RESIGNED?!!!

Re: RIZA

WHY WOULD HE???

Re: RIZA

When you think about it, it's a bit weird that people think he will resign.

I doubt anyone on here would give up their income by resigning just because they haven't been performing well in their job.

It's no different.

He could simply ask to be relieved of 1st team duties afterall he's employed as a coach originally and only got a temporary contract for 1st team.... whilst ge may not want to do this surely he knows its in best interests of club gor him to stand down

Not really, constantly said he wanted to be a manager so would look a bit stupid if he stepped down five minutes after being promoted to the top job.

He's not going to resign, people need to get that idea out of their head.

No he's not going to resign so he'll stay untill he gets sacked? Does pride mean he rather see club relegated than lose bit of face? club is going to be relegated if tan waits to long to pull trigger.... most managers resign when taken club as far as they can hear it all the time.... riza can't take club any further we all know it and he should as well.... had 9 games 1 win in that time lost to teams that should have targeted as wins or draw at least didn't neither.... People call tan stubborn riza is in same category.

He's on more money now than in his previous role. Why would he give that up?

Based on how he's done, he won't get another job anytime soon so he may as well carry on in this job until he's told not to so he can maximise his earnings.

Would you quit your job for less money?

Have done previously twice in fact so yes I would! Says alot about him then if hes willing to see club get relegated rather than eat humble pie and return to old job? .... and he'll risk permanent job for 5mnths as head coach because he's not contracted in same way as head coach if sacked next week? Maximising income is all well and good but it is a big gamble considering the predicament club is in..

Fair enough, just think it's far more likely that he gets sacked/demoted by the hierarchy than he makes that decision himself.

It's obvious he won't resign after what he said yesterday ...basically we lost so now we try again against Watford as if losing to Oxford was nothing? Lose Watford then what? Try again and again until we win? By then be to late...from what I've seen team with 22 points have been relegated nearly always.
