Wayne Nash is watching

Sat Dec 28, 2024 10:36 am

You may have seen him at away games recently.

He’s on a war path to identify those who chant anti board songs and those who organise the protest.

He’s on social media now too apparently :o

From what I’ve heard he’s tried to shut down the FAB for that open letter and threading to cut comms with the trust.

Mad the club are doubling down on us rather than listening.

You will always have people from within feeding info for there own ends to the likes of this guy,
all the time pretending to be a friend of the fans.

I don't think there can be any club in European football with such a disconnection with/distain for its fan base currently.

What's he going to do?

If he bans fans for being involved in a peaceful protest then that will find a way to make the news and just make the club look even worse.

There have been some fans suggesting i don' t know why probsbly to Nash,
that any protests should be outside the gates on sloper road and not to enter with anything which is deemed protest material in the car park etc
Obviously Nash as i have said will be putting things in place to protect his castle and organising his troops to do just this,
after it be offered up as a suggestion by some
God knows why you would think they would be happy that fans are wanting to do something,
but some have there own agenda perhaps wanting to be a part of Nashes team.

For what I see, he’s another one that needs to go with the hierarchy. He’s just a nobody but part of the brigade that’s making this club rotten to the core.

You can always have
Tan out
Nash out
Banner
Give people a position of power and a title and they will hold onto it like there life depended on it.
And some will also suck up to such people sadly

Can't ban a march simply all fans need to do is march as far as can then disperse to meet outside main reception!
If he thinks he can stop protesters entering ground all it will do is escalate and that will bring nationwide attention no doubt ....even his own staff can't stand the man and his dictorial attitude hear lots complaints while waiting to get out ground...
Besides doesn't have the staff to be effective and can't see plod getting to involved unless it gets unruly..

I second that Allan,

He would not want the bad publicity.

Re: Wayne Nash is watching

Nash is a prick, a groundsman upraded to stadium manager by ass scraping his way there. He knows nothing about the job he has been handed. three more who should also go, Riza, Nash, and Purse, also all the first teams backroom staff. It will never happen though taking us down to league 1 and maybe lower :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Sorry, his title is Head?! Meaning that’s a gofer. Does he have much power, or has he created the power trip himself and the board don’t get involved too much.

ALLAN
If he is head of security for cardiff city,
the car park is cardiff cities just as the stadium is,
he could as i have said stop all material banners etc but difficult to seperate protesters and non protesters.

Ned he as certain control within confines of stadium area so expect if he is planning something only thing can do is put up the barriers across walkway between statue and main entrance... but of course that means no access stadium for level 4 fans or cars in car park.. so can't see him doing anything particularly to stop things

Wayne Nash remit is to make sure the CCS is a safe place to watch a football match.

As there is a protest coming before a game then he needs to make sure this does not effect the safety of the stadium. The only real threat to that is a demonstration in the ground like throwing tennis balls on the pitch like they did at Blackpool. Other threats I can think of are anti-Tan songs which could stir up tensions. I can see the stewards using this as an excuse to round up the leaders and ban them from the stadium. If this happens I would like to see a walkout from everyone else.

Lets have the protest, get in the stadium and see what happens.

It would be good for most fans to stay down in the concourse until kick off to keep stadium empty right up until men of harlech starts and we all walk in that should get the sky cameras twitching.

Ned, the OP appears to be in mischievous mood, as he also posted ‘I know little but want you to think more’ comments on the Sam talks thread…

I’m sure Wayne has social media accounts, even if he rarely posts on them, and even if he was ‘observing’, he’d need a bloody big notebook to keep up currently…! :ayatollah:

Yes he will and is entitled to do so from inside ground But not outside ground ...so why not simply sing Wayne Nash get out of our club ect ect during game can't do anything about that as its not offensive chants or racist ect.... the more he intervenes monty more he highlights his attitude to fans and fans attitude to tan and board... . My problem with all this is seen it many times and not sure it as worked once in getting rid of an owner like tan ? Lesser owner yes one or two have given up but tan in different league.... like said not wasting money to see club lose at home every game under riza..... relegation is a scenario tan does not want but he's such an egotistical idiot he's sleep walking to div 1... something club will take years to recover from without new owners.
