Watford's home form before today:

Somehow, we have taken Watford's home record and from reading the comments, it looks like we deserved the win. We only had 28% possesion, but we restricted Watford to only 1 shot on target all game.
Maybe Watford weren't at their best, maybe we played them at a good time during this busy period, maybe Watford were complacent. However, it's a fantastic win and it seems a good tactical performance from Riza and the team to restrict Watford today.
Watford have beaten West Brom, Sunderland, Bristol City, Blackburn and Middlesbrough at home. They had the best home form in the league.
Hopefully, we can take confidence from this and follow up with another win new years day home to Coventry. We have an extremely tough month in January, so beating Coventry and climbing out of the relegation zone will hopefully put us in a better position to make some good January signings. It's essential we bring in some extra players to strengthen us and start pushing up the table asap.
