A few whispers on social media that we may be finally bringing in a Director or Football.

This is much needed in my view and should have been done years ago.

Nothing concrete in it though at this stage.

I am also a little sceptical that this is them doing something to try and stop the protest - which won't work.

Yeah it's definitely needed. Take it with a pinch of salt at the moment because you know what social media is like, not often correct.

But worth posting.

Agree they're important but getting a DoF is more important because that helps the other things to happen.

The dream was we get all 3,
1st week of January.

This would be great news if true but knowing tan's recruitment it could well be a yes man that steps into that position.

If this is a knee jerk reaction to the protests then it's starting to work already.

It will be job share Choo 2 days/Dalman 2 days and Painter/Decorator 1 day

We need a DoF with experience. People think you can just throw in someone with football knowledge and that’s enough.

This is a proper high-level job, this appointment will need to be spot on.

But it’s our board, they’ll appoint any cheap option.

I personally can't see Tan doing this I hope I'm wrong we defo need one but dave jones .He's been away from football for years .with so many wrong decisions and if it does happen will it be the right one .

Just reading the book about the ten years leading up to Tan.

He signed a lot of really good players not just strikers.

Out of all the clubs in the world we need a DoF more than most.

Choo part time and a commercial guy. Dalman fancied himself as the football man but is this the case of him being pushed further outside the circle?

We need players and Jones knows a decent one when they present all their data and presentations
