I bet that's got Wilder worried!

Come on Kion - 15 goals between now and the end of the season and we'll all be eating a huge slice of humble pie.

Not holding my breath but keeping my fingers firmly crossed.

Shop window for Kion. The championship is a step too far for him at this stage of his career, the centre halfs are too big, strong and mobile for him.

Not saying he won't make it, these players mature much later, Kieffer, Woods, Lambert. The only one I can think who was good young was Andy Carrol and he was levels better than Etete.

I hope Etete stays. He is underrated by many on here. As Llan said I expect him to mature in ability and physique and become a very decent player. :bluebird:

(Maybe Ruben Colwill will chip in a few goals in the 2nd half of the season and improve his 1 goal per 17 games ratio- that would help!). :bluebird:

I remember meeting Sol (RIP) and Mozza together and couldn't believe how big they were for footballers, they looked less bulked up 2nd rows. They only looked slow against genuine speed, they were monsters. Poor old Kion would get any change out of those, he'll need to drop to avoid championship-level centre halves.

As for Rubin, all the skill and touch in the world but little composure in front of goal. He needs to be repurposed as a centre mid and accept he may get hurt or another one who'll need to drop as his lack of pace counts against him out wide.

Play him at some point and rest most of the starting 11 for the next league game .

I hope he's put on a bit of muscle. It was so frustrating watching him looking for a foul everytime he got touched.

Just sell him he's not good enough. League 2, period.
