Who have we signed of any note since Warnock was here, a player that makes the fanbase excited or at least raise an eyebrow when they see he has signed ? I would say maybe the lad we had in midfield on loan from Man City maybe ?
Why cant the 3 musketeers see that having inexperienced manager after inexperienced manager does not make an attractive club to come and play for, and its getting compounded even more the longer it goes on.
For me a decent manager will not just get our players better but will attract a lot better than what we have or even have had for the last 4 or 5 seasons.

Well that depends on how you view it, because hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Players have been deemed as great signings but it hasn't worked for different reasons.
Many of us at the time were impressed with the signings of the likes of Calum Chambers and Anwar El Ghazi.
Now we are less impressed.
There was excitement about Ramsey but that hasn't worked out.
Even if you look at players like Kanga and Meite.
Kanga had a good goalscoring record in Belgium.
Reading fans said Meite was a decent player.
On the flip side, we were all pleased with the signing of Robertson. He has had a decent first half of his first Championship season.
So it's not really about how excited fans get about signings, it's whether they can actually fit in and make a difference.

But do you not agree that with better quality managers since NW we would have had better quality players and now a better quality squad not fighting relegation every other season ?

You can have the best manager in the world but if there's limited money then they won't be able to bring in the top players.
I'm no fan of Riza but he's not the big problem.

To be fair, Warnock never really signed anyone that made us excited at the time as per se.
He maid some signings which proved to be brilliant signings but let’s not forget this is the same manager who paid 6m for Gary Madine, and brought us people like Bacuna and Isaac Vasell who we also paid for.
Conversely, before we saw them, the names Anwar El Ghazi and Callum Chambers did get people excited, regardless of if they have worked out.
But to name a couple, Harry Wilson, Tommy Doyle, there’s two right there.

Agree; but I think Calum Chambers is starting to show his real worth…!
