Yes and on the basis you could probably make a good guesstimate on our offer judging by previous tribunal settlements. It's why I think 1.5m maybe a bit off the mark.

with what I've just said I read that they've (Posh) just spent 500k on his replacement. That would give a better idea what we've offered and what we'll probably end up paying should we make another offer.
