Could only happen at Cardiff - someone with the inexperience of Riza and no playing career as such getting a leading job.
Problem we have now is the fool making decisions on players out of contract this summer.
With the exception of Goutas, and O'Dowda, I'd shed the lot of them, getting in better quality and cheaper replacements.
I don't trust Riza to make clear decisions as he is far too close with certain players who carry their own agendas.
