Problem is most teams are not in our position in the league, bottom three and without a goal scorer for four years.

Problem is got to be player available? Can you name a player that is available that will score the goals we need
If you can't well you'll see the problem with January window? Yes we all know won't sighn anyone but never say never until window closes.... if take look not a lot of buisness being done yet..... maybe xmas will come late or early for us depending on your viewpoint.
Ps everyone do not have same view as others on here it is allowed to be different.

Not sure why you think it's his fault anyway, it's not like he has anything to do with the financial part is it?

I have no doubt he knew who he would like, gave the list to the transfer committee who either laughed at his list or made enquiries & were told nope or told him they were working on it. I mean who would want to come here anyway? Manager staying until the end of the season at best, probable relegation, a lunatic regime in charge, pissed off fan base and any number of minus points you care to add, would anyone on here really leave their current safe job for one in that sort of company? If you wouldn't move what makes you think anyone else would?

Where's the upside here for any player who isn't looking for one last payday? Honestly.

Come on Pembroke Alan you are a good bloke but you are in denial. Whether it’s this January deadline or any other one we are always making excuses for the lack of quality signings. It’s the same old. And anyway Riza said they were all lined up. So what the excuse? There isn’t any.

I don't expect many decent signings from us.

But have always said, don't judge the window until it's actually closed.

We can criticise them then.

I can see money being spent, purely out of necessity.

L1 will be a disaster for Tan, we don’t care as we’d rather be blue in league 2, well that’s what we said 10 years ago. I wouldn’t count on it Vinny!!!

Yes ducks lined up where are they. ? Halfway through January.
Riza and tan are from the same ilk i am beginning to think after there cozy chat ,
given our position in the division you would have though new blood would be in jan 1st.

Very few managers buy players anymore, clubs do.

Unless you are elite most players will see at least three managers during their contract

Riza will be given players, he will have a shopping list in priority but then it’s the recruitment team. And therein lays our problem. They have been underwhelming to say the least. Robertson a Citeh kid that I could see was at least championship level

What Championship standard player wants to sign for a club that has a high likelihood of being in League One next year, especially when they have other options.
