We need these players in soon so they have time to settle. Good thing for Salech is he's had these first two substitute appearances to help him settle.

No time for that if we make three signings on Deadline Day.

If they are young, raring to go, not injury prone and will improve our starting 11, then I don’t necessarily mind them coming in closer to the deadline.

Of course I’d rather have them now.

Our previous Januarys haven’t been inspiring, but the Salech signing and what we have seen of him so far gives me a bit more hope than usual.

There is very little in way of sighnings across efl unless got money to burn! It is not practical to think any club can sighn the players it needs in one week... we got the most important player in relatively quickly swans after players like us but sighned 1st yesterday (just for example) other clubs just starting to get players in yes we would like all players in after 1st week of window but yhat will never happen.

We signed him a day before the protest how convenient huh I wonder why. We always leave signings late although if we do get some they will be unfit and a month away that's my guess as that's what we usually do every window going off past records. We have needed a good few players for ages to go in this team from the start most can see this or we will be fighting till the end in my opinion

We could have bid and had it rejected.

They could be in negotiations, we could have offered less than what their club think is a realistic fee.

I think we desperate for new players myself,I don’t want to be doom and gloom I feel like we’re 7 games unbeaten and haven’t gone anywhere and still fear for us myself
