If we look at how many he has scored v minutes played and also consider he’s not a striker, it’s fantastic.

He has 11 goals in 23 appearances. On the face of it, not outstanding.

Add in he’s not a striker. Add in also he’s got the best goals per minute out of anyone in the championship who has scored 6 or more.

Heard a crazy stat yesterday that Robbo is the leading goalscorer from open play in the championship this season.

Saw a post the other day (pre jack game) that he’d score 8 goals from an xG (if you buy into it) of 4 or something? So it shows he’s clinical and he’s got scored another 3 since then. And the two against the jacks were good finishes

I know I’ve said it on other posts but we really do need to get his contract sorted.

We can’t lose his goals next season.

Six of his eleven goals have been in his last six games.

But you also can't ignore he's the joint third highest scorer in the league.

As you say, he's clearly on a hot streak at the moment. I do have my doubts that will continue to the end of the season but more than happy to be wrong (as usual) on that.

Spot on he’s on rich vein of form at the moment but has been very inconsistent and injury prone in his 3 years with the club

give him service and he'll score - last few years have been dire, we could have had messi and he'd not score as the service has been dire and the football awful . In a team playing attacking football, he'll always find his way in the box

Well, if we’re going by goals per minute, if my calculations are correct, he’s averaging 1 goal every 127 mins!

So, 1 goal every 1.5 games roughly!
