" TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY THREAD "

The transfer window shuts at 11pm on Monday night, no more signings can be made after then for the rest of the season.

Teams will have extra time to complete a transfer, as long as a "deal sheet" has been submitted before 11pm.

Cardiff City are hoping to make at least one more signing.

So far they have signed Yousef Salech on a permanent deal from Sirius, Sivert Mannsverk on loan from Ajax and Will Alves on loan from Leicester.


There will obviously be transfers from other clubs.

Riza ( or a Tan statement - who knows?) Has already prepared the fans by saying by saying, along the lines of, I'm happy with who we've got and if we don't get anymore I'll be happy to go into the 2nd half of the season with them.

So far, 3 in, 2 on loan. All 3 are young all 3 have potential and to a degree pedigree, but none of them have played hardly any 1st team football this year, only 1 has played in this Country before, and non have played at Championship intensity.

Not a negative thread but are we trusting to luck again Mr Tan or are we going to go with demonstrable experience and quality a) in a relegation fight and b) in the Championship over these last 24 hrs of the window?

There are players we have signed I was told about, but I could not be bothered putting names out on the board anymore i don't need the hastle. So guys you will have to find someone else to make fun of.

That in itself doesn't mean we weren't done, just that they never got things over the line for a whole host of reasons.

25% think because something didn't happen it wasn't in the works or nobody tried to get players & the manager is just a weak mouthpiece & should grow some balls
10% know something but get ripped to pieces by others if something they said doesn't happen

You forgot to mention that a certain percentage don t believe a word the board put out about multiple deals being worked on.....we hear it every window and hear that things didn't materialise vecause of last minutes hitches....maybe it's just a load of bull put out by the clowns... who knows
