What a load of nonsense.
I have spent a lot of time in Plymouth and obviously been to Swansea numerous times. The two cities are very, very similar. Both city centres flattened and rebuilt in brutalist, ugly architecture, yet both city centers minutes from the sea and surrounded by lovely beaches and countryside. Fundamentally working class cities, with rough edges and a bit out on a limb being the last large populated town or city in their respective countries.
I have difficulty in thinking of two cities so alike, so how one can be the best and the other the worst beggars belief.

As much as it pains me to admit it having spent a lot of time in both cities Jackland is infinitely better than Plymouth
There are similarities in both cities but given the choice I would much prefer living in Swansea even if I did grow 6 fingers
