But 19 years old is not that young, to be fair I’m happy with this and we should of been doing this for years:

Anyone who has watched his performances for the u21’s in the last few months wouldn’t have been surprised at all

He’s been the standout player in a team of good players

Certainly has to be in contention at least.

He showed he was calm under the pressure of the occasion against an extremely strong attacking line.

I don't agree.

I watch plenty of the U21 games and while I've been impressed with players, it's not always the best guide for how a player will do in the Championship.

Look at Reindorf, scored for fun with the U21s but struggled with the first team and finding minutes difficult to come by at Bristol Rovers.

Always been impressed with Lawlor but I was pleasantly surprised how well he did at Villa. Hope he continues to at least be in the first team squad.
