Why on earth did he go to 5 at the back inviting pressure on with so long to go? Leaving massive space in the midfield for Sunderland to press on. And to make it worse he didn’t react at all when it went 2-1?? We looked good going forward today and had some decent chances. We need wins, even playing for a draw is not enough. They’ve been in poor form at home also. I’ve been a fan of Riza but after that enoughs enough.

The clubs fault for employing him , the squad is decent for the championship the manager isn't.

The board need to bring in an experienced manager and clear out the back room staff . Riza never learns going 5 back does not work. He’s confusing the squad with his stupid fking tactics. We have a good squad just need a manager to help us pull away from the bottom 3 .

Problem is that a good experienced manager would want a 2-3 year contract, his own backroom staff and a decent budget for players. The lunatic Tan wont provide that.

Bullshit. Why does just the manager get the flack. He's a chunk of it, but some of our players need to realise we're in a scrap and learn how to defend simple balls in the box.

I agree it finally is down to Tan and Co and they are slowly killing us.

Tans appointment is Riza and has gone for him as he is cheap and inexperienced which suits Tan as he can totally control him.

I agree that’s not Riza fault and we can like him a person, but I can not accept him a good manager for Our Club, Not at all.

The main problem at our club is the three amigos or clowns whatever you want to call them.
None of them are interested in this football club, how often do you see them here at the CCS willing our players and manager on.
How can you expect pride and commitment from the players and staff when the people above them really do not give a toss.
The buck always starts at the top, no ambition equals poor performances at the bottom always have and always will be.
We wont change until we get a proper chairman with ambition.
If Tan had any ambition he would be a the CCS more often than he has urging his manager and players on.
