Watched the game there intensity and high press was brilliant they went at Leeds from the start there keeper made a few good stops and Leeds should of had a penalty but all in all pompey deserved the win fair play

Portsmouth was Mousinho’s first job. He was previously a coach.
Less experienced than Riza.

If you’re going down the ‘look what an experienced manager can do’ route, then make sure at least that you use an actual experienced manager.
First management job, doing well.

I believe he has more manager experience he won promotion from league one so more experienced than riza whose only job was interim manager at Leyton orient fact and then youth football so I believe I am correct

So what you meant is we need to stick with Riza so he gets more experience. Which the Portsmouth guy has proved? So they were right to take on an inexperienced manger just like we have.

He took over Portsmouth as his first managerial job and took them up.
Portsmouth did well to stick with him.

He started in league one plus he won league one champion riza shouldn't of been offered the job he should of started lower down maybe when we get relegated he could start league one but I won't hold my breathe he will be still here riza out of his league so to speak

Riza had experience at Leyton Orient he took them down to the national league for first time in 112 years, so he does have experience at managing make of that what you will.

Ft 1-0 good result for yhem but not a surprise when you factor their home form and Leeds 17 game unbeaten run ? These runs invariably come to end around 17/ 20 match mark ...but think they're safe barring major collapse.

His management experience is relegation? Wow I'm not surprised ive watched his style of football think id rather have a manager who has actually won a league rather than be interim and take a team down
