Omar Riza

There are lots of discussions and arguments on this forum about Riza.

Is he good enough, should he be sacked if we lose to Luton, should he be given a new contract next season if we stay up etc, etc.

What most of you are not thinking about is, if Riza is sacked, who will Tan replace him with?

It’ll be another cheap “yes” man, probably Purse or Shaw.

So ask yourself this, who would you prefer to be our manager, Riza, Purse or Shaw?

It’s a big thumbs up for Riza from me.

I get what you're saying but what worries me is this is exactly what we all said about bulut and we ended up with our worst start in club history after offering a new contract

I posted similar a while back.

Most know it will be Purse or Shaw, which means Riza is the best option.

Some people think we will all of a sudden go out and pay a top manager big bucks on a 3 year contract, which isn’t Tans way of doing things.

It's a gamble whoever gets the next contract.

Buluts tactics were awful and all clubs sussed it out half way through his first season and he couldn't or wouldn't change it.

I believe the talk about Tan interfering with team selection and tactics, it's up to Riza to be firm and do it his way, then I think he has a chance succeed.

And nothing will change until he's sold up and gone.
