I still think it's time to change Riza

Yes we won yesterday! But a change now in the international break gives a new person time to work with the squad.

We lose to Sheffield Wednesday and Riza will be gone and we will be in real trouble.

Yes there is a case for it but yesterday's apponents got experienced new coach and look how that as gone... on other hand derby got Blackburns coach and won 3 on bounce? Given we won with a more combative performance do we want take that risk? Think we've got to go with riza but definitely need change next season maybe drop riza back to coaching team with him assistant to whoever comes in?

At least yesterday stopped the rot with away games and gives hope that players will fight for each other until end season... it may not be what most fans want but would you take risk of a Blackburn situation no wins just 1 point?

It's a difficult decision to make.

I don't think Riza is management material. I feel he's not strong enough at championship level and struggles to get his ideas over to the players and probably lets Tan, Purse and Shaw effect his thinking.

But I don't trust the regime to make the correct decision on his replacement either. If he's sacked, who will they replace him with, my guess is Purse or Shaw, which would be a great deal worse.

I'm hoping Riza can see us safe this season and he'll have my full support. Then we'll have another interesting summer with rumours galore.
