Bolton Wanderers look to Cardiff City striker for assistance

The Cardiff City loanee is back in training after a thigh injury and is pencilled in to take part in Sunday’s B Team friendly against Everton in what will be his first football for the club since making his debut as a substitute at Reading on February 1.

Etete featured for just 20 minutes and injured himself in the warm-up of the following game against Crawley.

Etete is desperately needed as League 1 Bolton have no main Strikers available.


Striker Kion Etete who is 24 years old this year has made 56 appearances for the Bluebirds but only scoring 6 goals.

Want him to do well there but I'd honestly get rid in the summer. He's no where near a Championship striker.

The game came to an end shortly after the hour mark due to a planned evacuation to meet safety licence requirements, with the hosts leading 1-0.
