Shef Weds aren’t anything special and it’ll be a tight game.

Always hate playing against Pato. Not the most gifted footballer out there but he is a pest and plays with enough passion to make up for any shortfall in ability .

unfortunately i cant see us winning many games from here on in especially at home ive gone for away win have no trust in riza to manage this side only see relegation

We can beat these. Should have got a result against Burnley and Sunderland. Went to away game, Wednesday average at best. I don't understand why people think every team we play are much better than us. Championship any result is possible and it's full of average sides. We got a goal scorer now and just need to improve on the service into box.

i wouldnt have said luton were better than us but we still lost wednesday 6 points off the playoffs they have something to play for i know we have something as well our championship status but with this manager who knows

We totally bottled it against Luton. If we play like we did against Burnley then we have every chance of getting a result. Players need to step up when they cross that white line. Be brave and switched on.

Sheffield Wednesday have been dealt yet another defensive availability blow, as manager Danny Röhl has revealed Max Lowe will not feature again for the Owls this season.

Lowe, 27, joined Wednesday in a controversial move from Sheffield United in the summer and has made 34 Championship appearances this season across the backline.

Owls supporters have been eagerly awaiting an injury update on the left sided defender, after he was substituted on the 39th minute of the Steel City Derby preceding the international break.

“We have almost a full house on the training pitch. This is a good thing and there will be some difficult decisions at the weekend.” Röhl told The Sheffield Star of availability for the Owls’ Saturday clash with Cardiff City.

However - there was bad news to follow.

“For Max Lowe, the season is over for him,” Röhl continued. “We look to the season and we have had to change the defence a lot of times which has not helped with the rhythm.”

“This is football, it happens and we will look to find a solution for the weekend. It’s a shame for Max, he has been a really good signing for us and has made good steps with us this season.”

Sheffield Wednesday supporters club have returned around 350 tickets for resale , so they will still be bringing around 2,900 and perhaps a bit more on the day of the game

I'm feeling quietly confident today, especially with Tanner being back in the fold. We missed him massively I think, and now with the introduction of Salech this could be a very fruitful combination. We saw against Blackburn the benefits of getting the ball into the box for us to attack and that's something that Tanner always looks to do after trying to beat his man.
