The first half we..

Showed we could play good, attacking football.

We were unlucky to only be 1-0 up at that point.

The substitutions again today were our better performing players, not sure what he was thinking.

I think today highlighted the gulf in experience when it comes to Riza.

Rohl made his changes, which affected the game. Riza should have noticed that and changed things to suit, but didn’t.

Should Tanner have been back when he doesn’t look fit?

My issue since Mad Mick is there is a football pyramid, and Tan is trying to take it head-on and losing.

For every Jamie Vardy there are tens of thousands over overfaced players or coaches.

You graduate through the levels by skill, luck and experience. The chances of plucking someone out from the "A" licence contacts list like Apollo Creeds promoter, is the thing of movies. I got the Bulut experiment he had form in the book in Turkey and it was worth the try, although no Turkish coaches have made it outside their corner of the footballing world.

Riza isn't learning on the job, he is tragically drowning. Its the decision-making that is letting him down, but he has managed so few games he has no experience to draw upon, it doesn't help his bench are also so inexperinced.

The guy seems a great bloke with a good philosophy in fan engagement, but he should be doing his stuff in the national league not a struggling championship side.

We played well in the first half, but they were always going to change and come out with a recket up their arse for the second half, we looked os under prepared for it.
