If the manager can’t help the team avoid relegation then it’s up to you the players to take the initiative

Well said. That team needs players to step up as leaders but I'm not sure that's happened too much this season but now,it's do or die.

We absolutely need wins, but let's not forget we took 4 points in the last 2 games against teams in the top half and probably deserved to win last week if you look at the whole 90 mins
