It's rubbish that he makes changes every game because of injuries, he just can't help himself changing the team.

That's why people call him that and don't see that changing.

He should know his best team when he's been manager for six months.

Injuries maybe one or two but not every game.. but he's saying if I think players not performing he'll drop them well no wonder if keep changing team because half team doesn't perform...try keeping same side then mabe won't have to be labelled a tinkerman?

That was total unnecessary tinkering. I think he over analyses and overthinks things rather than trusting his instincts and sometimes just the simplicity of the game.

It's just a shame he's not listening as supporters we can see where he's going wrong tickering is one tactics he made reason we end up drawing or losing we have some decent players in certain positions so what you do is stick with your strongest side play your best players yes we have had lots of injuries this season but not more than any other team sorry this guy is a youth coach at best he's not ready for the man's game sooner the seasons over the better then he's gone with his whole backroom staff we going to need to rebuild from top to the bottom

The idiot is trying to 2nd guess the opposition game plan? You simply play your Strongest team every game you dont swap it around because a team plays a particular way and you want to try fool them.... stoke reporter's are saying riza is their secret weapon to save them from the drop..
