E-Bay question

When browsing for items in the past, the item/sellers location was always displayed on the right hand side of the page.
I can now no longer see where the item/seller is any more.
The question is, is it my settings that have caused this or, is it now the norm? I can't see anywhere to be able to change the settings etc anyway?

The address is now in the center under the bids etc
