Leeds v Cardiff from a sick Leeds fan !!!

Got to the ground around kick off and saw your coaches been escorted in from the motorway. I mentioned the atmosphere from are end would be crap. Bates has killed the famous Leeds United with his pricing structure - nearly 30 quid for the cheapest ticket for a game on Sky. Other clubs would be doing deals to get the punters in but not Leeds. The game ? You'll find this hard to believe - but we actually played better in the first half tonight than last week v Leicester. We gave it a go without really testing your keeper. You always looked the more likely and we had to make 3/4 latch ditch blocks. The first goal was killer - a really soft goal to say the least. The first 20 mins of the 2nd half it was men against boys - we really are crap. If anyone finishes above you this season then they will be a good team. Bothroyd as improved so much and Bellamy strolled through the game - he is a class act and it pains me to say it. Your support was very vocal. I was at the opposite end - the Leeds fans where I were kept singing - you weren't have heard it for the racket you were making. It's hard to take any positives out of the game tonight. It's going to be a long winter because tonight was not a one off - were shipping goals for fun. I'll be definitely coming to Your place - I go home and away every week. First of all good game and no problem for the board hope you stick around,
The game. It was a pretty even game tbf. Until that mix up between Bruce and Kasper which really did break that partnership up in a flash you could sense none of your defenders wanted the ball. Credit to Beccio for not rolling around after Jays terrible tackle. Chopra was clearly offisde but Jays second and Naylors were just pure class. Thought Leeds showed heart throughout the game tbh. Do not be too upset, Nobody in the championship can defend 90 mins against Chopra, Jay, Whitts, Bellamy, Burke and Oli. Good luck for the rest of the season until you play us again

Don't think Leeds played bad just thought we were outstanding tonight and you will not come up against a performance or team like that every week. Respect to you and all genuine Leeds fans good luck for the rest of the season i watched the game in a pub with a couple of Leeds Leeds fans present and it was sweet

As good as we were last night It'll count for nothing if we don't get 4pts from the next 2 games.I'd like to say that was a normal day at the office but now were up against 2 good sides in the next fortnight and 2 good results will be an even bigger statment of intent than last nights result.What we need to do now is give one of the next 2 sides a spanking(hopefully both).Its easy to soar like an eagle when your flying with turkeys.(no offence leeds fan)

i dont think the score line truely shows how close the game was,leeds battled hard and against many other teams i think our perfromance would of produced an easy 8-0 result.what a night tho

Respect to the leeds fan for sensible comments (although to be fair I didn't think leeds were that bad, a number of decisions went our way last night - not that I'm complaining mind!) and respect to the MB for the replies. Good to see. If we can maintain our passion and lose the "thugs" image will only be good for our fan base and crowd sizes.

Watching the game I don't think Leeds gave in/up even after conceeding a really poor 1st goal and an iffy offisde 2nd.

However I do think that Cardiff had the positive play that we have been lacking and played as a team and not as individual players which is what makes a difference to any game

and yes as said previous great to see a sensible post from another supporting fan
