Swansea Home Block 118

I was just on e ticketing looking for a ticket for my mate near to my ST and i saw that Block 118 is yellow meaning available spaces , I'm just wondering are they actually opeing that Block or isit just a couple of seats on the edge ?

Yeh i noticed that too. If you click to buy it tells you aisle and row number, You will notice then its actually 117
