They always say that but come the day there are loads of seats empty not including PMG rip off seating

The empty seats are season ticket holders not turning up for whatever reason and as you've already identified, PMG seating!
However, you can't buy the seats not taken up by the season ticket holders, so if you haven't got a ticket, want to go to the matches and don't want to pay PMG prices, you'll have to buy your tickets early!

1000 tickets for Norwich and 200 for the Gypo game.
