The thing with Jones is he hasn't got the big game attitude ! Today, Play-off final, F.A.cup final to mention a few he doesnt see the biggest derby in britain for what it is.... a huge game for us the paying fan.

Pure and simple he picked the wrong formation wrong tactics and wrong choices of personnel. Everyone saw it wasn't working and obviously DJ knew as well but he point blank refused to change it. Disgraceful in my opinion.

Have to agree Jones seems to do it wrong at big games if you forget it was a derby we need every point we have missed out so many times by a goal or points here, and today we lost 3 points that could cost us promotion so I would be annoyed and hurt if we lost today and it was scunthorp Forest or QPR be it was the jacks im annoyed but confused why Jones did what he did
