Definately means more to the Swansea players and while I don't always go with some of the stick DJ gets, he has to put them in the right frame of mind when he sends them out there and send the right signals from the touchline. Twice from my position in the Canton end I could see DJ urging the players to calm down, whereas I wanted them to get stuck in and work as hard as the Swansea players were working. It was driving me fuq'ing nuts. After they had scored I think that DJ could sense it was as hopeless as many of us in the crowd could.
Many Cardiff fans should have raised themselves to encourage the team more in the second half, too many stagnant sections of the ground that seemed to accept defeat too easily. The players did little to inspire us and throughout most of the first half we really got behind them but I think it was after that spell where Swansea had us on the ropes incessantly (
UNTIL THEY RELIEVED THE PRESSURE BY PASSING IT ALL THE WAY BACK TO THEIR KEEPER WHEN WE WERE COMPLETELY AT SIXES AND SEVENS ) that the crowd could really tell which set of players wanted it more.
Regardless the fans should've kept going, despite the fact we are not paid to do so and most of those who are played gratuitous amounts accepted their fate too easily.
