Credit when its due

still gutted from yesterday. yes DJ got it wrong yesterday with the team selection. but when something like the result yesterday happens everyone goes on the attack at the manager but but he gets nothing if he get something right. I thought we had them on the run 1st 20mins other than that nothing.

Keogh did OK won 90% of headers like jay but no1 gambled. to me its like no1 got faith in our players at all when we go 1-0 down. Bit disappointed with the goal the CB should have done better but fair play he rang gabor ragged yesterday.

But one result means nothing we are still 2nd in the league 1 point off top so why the big drama the season is over 46 games not just yesterday or the next derby game we could lose that and still get promoted a rain check is need for most fans I think :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

That's what D.J would say. But we lost yesterday because of D.J and that my friend is the TRUTH

And what DJ said is the truth it is over 46 games not just 2 games. everyone who played yesterday is at fault including management but seriously so the players need to be motivated to want to win games being payed the amount of money they earn I don't think so.

The players was unable to play to the system D.J asked them to do. f**k me it wouldn't of surprised me if D.J had put Dacey in goal

The trouble with yesterday is that even if you take the emotion out of it it was still 2nd against 3rd and therefore DJ should have gone all out to win it and put a 9 point gap between us and the 3rd placed team. As it was, both teams were set up not to lose and that's always dangerous. Why change the way we play when we are above them and, by that fact, better than them

I am a big pro-DJ fan, but yesterday he made mistakes that came back to haunt him. A draw would have been OK if we'd had a go but playing like we did was asking for trouble.

Still gutted over the performance as much as the result but bottom line is this:

Still 2nd in the table and 3 points clear of 3rd
1 point away from 1st placed team
If Portsmouth get a point against QPR tomorrow (not out of the question) we could be top again by 10pm on Wednesday.

Just want to get to Reading now and cheer on a convincing display and put our season back on track :ayatollah:
