He has consistantly improved us over the past few years, reaching better and better positions in the league, and narrowly missing out on the promised land last season.
I believe he can take us there this season.
However, I believe this HAS to be his last season if we DON'T get to the promised land. He has constantly improved our position in the league - There is only one improvement to last season, and that is to reach the promised land. End of.
He seems to make some strange decisions sometimes. Lack of judgement I believe. He under-estimated the Jacks and tried to play a Bothroyd-built team without Bothroyd, and replaced the target man with a striker who clearly isn't comfortable playing in a target man role. It was a strange decision - we should've changed our tactics, rather than trying to punt it up field. It just doesn't work without Bothroyd.
