If Jay Does Not Sign a Contract

If Jay does sign a contract and we a top 2 in January there is no way we can sell even if he is adament he will never sign a contract. If we sell him January we can expect 2 -3 million max, if we get promotion that is worth 50-60 million. Leeds done it with Beckford last season and we need to do the same with Jay. We need Jay in the side to give us best chance of promotion.
