HELP NEEDED FOR CARDIFF FANS ARRESTED AT PORTSMOUTH!!!

YESTERDAY 5 CARDIFF CITY FANS WERE ARRESTED IN RELATION TO AN INCIDENT AT PORTSMOUTH on SATURDAY 28TH AUGUST.....

6 Portsmouth fans have also been arrested, and a further 8 Cardiff fans are said to be wanted in relation to the incident.

basically as it stands the police DONT have cctv images of the 20 POMPEY fans attacking 2 CARDIFF CITY fans, (one of which was an oap)
A bus full of cardiff city supporters drove passed and came to there aid and defended them. this was all caught on cctc though.
So with only cctv images of the cardiff fans getting off the bus and defending 2 badly beaten supporters it seems to the police that Cardiff City fans are in the wrong.

so could anyone who has witness account of the incident, anyone who may have been on a passing supporters bus or anyone has any details of events that happened that afternoon please call CORKY on 07903619654.

It's all becoming a bit of a witch hunt really, isn't it?

Wow wow wow i thought at the time witnesses and the landlord of the pub gave statements backing up our lads. And at the time the Police admitted that what the boys were doing was defending those two lads.
Surely they can get the statement off that Landlord and the two guys who were attacked. This is shocking its got to a stage if you see someone being attacked you will have to walk by because its you that will get done . The coppers here are two faced pigs as they said at the time they were happy with what went on. Perhaps that is so all the witnesses will walk into the night. a stitch up.

Plenty of coaches including ours from Aberdare drove past and saw an incident where 2 blokes were being assaulted by about 6 or 7 other blokes .......................... didnt know who was who though and our coach driver refused to stop the bus ! Plus said event was witnessed by 1 or 2 guys who usually travel on our bus but were staying the nite down in Pompey !

Is this the fight that was about 5 mins down the road from the pub or another 1 ??

The coppers knew exactly what happened by the accounts on here they are just being WANKERS !!!

well plenty of people are saying they seen it,lets hope they do the right thing and back our boys and not just leave it to other people,the more the better, just put yourself in there positions

The problem the lads will have and they are all aware of it is that no matter what the Pompey scumbags were doing and they deserved everything they got, in the eyes of the law our lads have committed offences by simply helping out the two blokes taking a beating, because in the eyes of the law, what they were supposed to do is simply restrain the lads who were kicking the seven bells out of the two City fans.

Now in the real world most of us seeing such bullying would take the same action as our lads did, and common sense and fair play would say they had it coming to them, but the law don't work like that.
Even though the sergeant that got on the bus after the incident said " he had no sympathy for the Pompey lads because they been bullying stragglers like this for years and had it coming to them".

What should have happened in my eyes is the police involved knowing the facts should have left it at that, but for reasons only known to them, they now want to punish our lads for doing what most decent citizens would have done their selves if they had seen it happening.

Very convenient that they have no CCTV of the 2 Cardiff Fans being attacked by a mob of Pompey but they have CCTV of the Cardiff City fans coming to the aid of the fans that were attacked even though it was in the same location?????
