scunthorpe ticket- advice needed

Right chaps i bought my scunny ticket last week over the phone as i live in liverpool and had also just changed address. Realised today that tkt still hasnt come. Ive rung the tkt office who said their systems are down and can check tomorrow and if it has been sent they will ask scunny if they can do me a tkt reprint. Anyone know if this is likely as im panicking now that i wont be able to go!

city can send a reprinted ticket to scunny with a steward who you can meet at the ground before kick off.
