So if the HMRC are issuing a winding up order, does this mean now the league will apply and embargo until its lifted?

The key is whether an embargo in introduced when a winding up petition is issued or when a winding up order made. If the latter then we're OK to sign players, if the former then we're in the shit

What is strange is that the embargoes on other clubs e.g. Portsmouth, Plymouth, etc. were in the public domain yet there is nothing being said about us. That would seem to indicate there isn't an embargo currently in place :?

there will be an embargo
the reason its not in the public domain is because its now standard league rules and has been since june

But Portsmouth and Plymouth's were both imposed after June so that can't be right. I'm not saying there isn't one but I just find it strange that there is nothing confirming that :?
