The order was dismissed then a new one instated that can only mean we have not adhered to an agreed payment plan.

Now Peter Ridsdale said in a statement to the BBC ashort while ago - "In discussions with HMRC at the end of December 2009, we confirmed that we would pay monies owing to them by the end of January 2010.
so despite continually telling everybody that we would pay the bill by the end of the week he is now saying end of january
"HMRC booked a back stop date of 10 February 2010 to go back to court if, for any reason, we had not been able to fulfil our obligations to pay by the end of January.

Can we really believe a single word that flows from this man's mouth anymore. His position is untenable, he must go.
