So What Are The Malaysians And The Club Waiting For?

The clubs finances are in turmoil and we are desperate for investment, and for now our season ticket money is keeping us afloat. So going on this it seems the HMRC will be paid soon, and then am i right in thinking the Malaysians will then buy the club at a cut price.
Why cant this happen now, whats the wait for, both parties seem to know this is likely to be the outcome so why not get on with it, get it done and get some new players in at the same time.

A good point. Doesn't make sense to miss the transfer window, the £2.7m could be part of the 'investment'. Unless of course, the Malaysians aren't coming, which I think is pretty much the case.
