Dear MR Jones we want you to do the job your massive salary demands.
Just the same as any buisness if you fail you walk.
If you was on average wages i would feel differently but when you the chairman and the players are very well paid by championship standards and are bleeding this club dry, yes we demand sucess.
Its not as if you lot are being paid wages say as the jacks who are only a few points behind us.
Oh and show some bloody passion .
